Build a wall or use less subs. You really want to avoid trying to stuff as many subs in your trunk as you can, you will just end up with tons of rattle at the cost of lots of sound. You said you only have 15" of height so 18s wouldn't work. There are many ways to do a trunk install so firing them into the cabin is far from your only choice.
