MrSkippyJ
How do you figure multiple fuse ratings? I have a 250amp fuse next to my battery and next to my amp I have a 100amp fuse. Is that simply 2 separate points of protection, do they somehow work in conjunction or does it matter where a problem would happen? Since my fuses are so far apart, I am guessing it depends a lot on where the problem would happen (ie. a short between the +battery terminal and 250a fuse would blow the 250a fuse and hopefully the 100a fuse would be fine). What about multiple fuses that are inline with each other, how does that affect the fuse rating. Thanks for any help and sorry if I missed this information in here already, couldn't find anything and google wasn't much help either.
