kmalinich Posted March 3, 2010 Report Posted March 3, 2010 yeah i think you just wire the additional alternators in parellel.. but you need something to control all of them, so i'd look into an MLA module designed for multiple alternators... it really smooths the whole multi-alternator thing over.

Guest Posted March 3, 2010 Report Posted March 3, 2010 STOP YELLING IN CAPS. why the hell do you need 6 batteries and only 2 140amp alts? you can buy a single alt from DC Power that outputs just as much. and why the hell do you want to put one alternator on a toggle switch?

I Googled it and used the search feature here and couldn't find any goodness. What company did you get the alt(s) from? Either give them a call or send Dom/Rob a PM on here and see if they can get you going. wtf is lolcats? I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers. I was hoping for 150 . I was hoping she would let me put it in her butt

Also, sorry to double-post, but please stop with this "I think..." or "My guess would be..." nonsense. That's a great way to ruin this guys system. If you don't know, look it up or wait for somebody who does know to comment. Most of what I've learned on this forum has been through reading responses to questions like this, questions I don't know the answer to. Waiting for somebody who knows the answer will help you learn as well as give the OP the info they need to do it right. If this guy went ahead and did what you said and it turned out to be wrong (not saying it is, if what you said was right.
