do you guys think of this set up will it be good. 2 12" re audio sxx with the US amp xt 4000de v3 (1500 watt rms) i was planning on going with this set up and later on when i save some more money up get another amp and use one for each sub but for now i would use this one amp for both subs.

should i get the subs 2 ohm or 4 ohm. any other suggestions on amps around same quality as the US amp? no AQ.

If you're staying with the 1 amp, just like mhart stated, get Dual 4 ohm, also you can get Dual 1 ohm (That is if those subs even come in dual 1 ohm, I know anything about RE sub's).

If you are going to get another amp later on, 1 for each sub, make the subs dual 2 ohm. But if you make them Dual 2's, and only have 1 amp, you'll either be running the amp at .5 ohm load, or 2 ohm load.

That is if the amp you get is 1 ohm stable..

does this help?

1,500w x 1 RMS @ 1 ohms

800w x 1 RMS @ 2 ohms

500w x 1 RMS @ 4 ohms

subs are 1000 rms a piece

ok should i just go with one US amp MD3D 2000 watt rms $369. or save a little more money to get two 1500 watt rms xt4000 v3 $598 one for each sub i'll be given them 1500 watt a piece or go with the md3d which they will be getting 1000 watts a piece. what do you think.???
