i was thinking positive to amp terminal and negative to the amp terminal as well. but i don't know if that's right or safe? but how would it turn on? i know some others come with a remote wire as well bu this one don't. -

the third power wire up on the first battery is probably going to the the alt i'm guessing. -
go on rockford wiring wizard and put in two subs dual 4ohm and it should give you the wiring options. one of them will be on how to wire two dual 4s to 1 ohm. like i said im running stock alt stock batt and added a rear batt with a crecendo 2k. so far im ok. make sure you do the big 3. you will be fine with 1200 stock alt and the big 3.

i know i was thinking the same thing! my brother wants some subs and will be using a sundown 1500 or something similar power wise.
