BeatBox
Im no mechanic, but Can you hear the glass unlocking when you hit the button on the dash or the button on the tailgate? If you CAN hear it then it might just be stuck! If you CANT HEAR IT well could be a short, the button up front, it also has the button on the outside of the tailgate too right, could be that. you would have to take the tailgate inner panel off and check that the thing that hold the glass closed..that could be bad. that's what i would check if i was you.
