Be sure to go to a quality piercer to do it, I have seen some F'ed up stuff happen when rookies try to run hooks. For the record running a hook through muscle hurts like hell (suspension hooks are only supposed to be ran through the skin and underlying fat. But if you wanna do it then do it.
