I am 16 but dont have my liscence yet cause i dont got 350 dollars to take the coarse they say you gotta take which takes like 10 percent of your insurance. Well my dad checked with is company allstate and they quoted me 1400 dollars without the coarse and without a 3.0 GPA but its like 1100 with the coarse and with a 3.0 GPA. What are you guys paying every six months because thats what i was quoted every six months. Who are you with like company wise.
