01 S-10 Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 Overall it looks good, but you have about a 1000 nails in those baffles and you only need one about every 4 inches or so at the most. The glue holds it together not nails & screws. Quote TDH FTW !!!

Not trying to sound like an ass just trying to help. Since the glue holds it together you only need enough nails(or staples) to hold it until the glue drys. Quote TDH FTW !!!
