So theres a 1x event coming up Apr 17 @ Studio 63 iirc on 63rd & Harlem Ave. I plan on going, and obvi im w/o a TL so practicing / tuning is hard to do. I plan on running bass race 39 class. which shouldnt be too hard to figure out on the fly as long as i find a solid starting volume during qualifiers However, I have never done db drag and id like to. So I have no idea where my peak is etc my box is tuned to 37hz but after rise really idk. and db drag-ing blind is prolly not very easy. Long story short, anyone in Southside Chicago with a TL? I live around 83rd & Cicero .. or even anyone know any shops with a meter, maybe i could drop a few bux to play around for an hour or so. Ive walked into the shop near me and they got garbage prolly never even built anything decent. I walked into another shop i just drove by looking for 0 awg etc for big 3 and they have to order a $275 scoche kit lmao... so no luck so far.
