If you notice in the box calculator chart it gives a recommended port area range. Your port area is WAY smaller than that. Basically it means you no longer have a ported box but you now have a "leaky" sealed box which can create some really nasty sounds through the port.

idk man but it gets pretty damn loud. and the port makes no noise what so ever.

yeah man you have to make sure the port area is in the port area range on the calculator. Or the tuning is useless.
