Recommended Posts

he guys , i have a chinese puzzle on my hands. i have a panasonic cq-vd7500u h/u .. it plays just about everything fine all aux. inputs & vid inputs work great . but when i play a cd no matter if its a dvd , data disk , or a regular store bought cd the drivers speaker mutes . ipod , ps3 , satalite radio work fine on all speakers , it just when the h/u reads a disk the drivers speaker shuts off . iv googled my ass off and cant find anything that helps . nothing about it in the owners manual , and i cant find anything in the h/u menus about it. anyone know whats causing this , or how to fix this??

It's a DVD deck right?

Do the CD player change the setting to mulit-ch when it's in cd/dvd? If it changes to a 5.1 then you might have a processing issue. OR your drivers speaker may be part of the rear fill not the front left :D

Either way I would check what the sound setting are or change to when switching to cd, and to also make sure all your channels out are in the right spots

Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out.

not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it. :)

yea its a dvd deck . all outputs stay the same no matter what input im using . as does the audio codec. ive tryed to get into the menu options to see if there is something set to mute, but the ONLY damn thing i can find is the "NAV mute " function but thats set to "off" anyway . and all channel outs are correct . confusing huh ?
