Boon Posted April 12, 2010 Report Share Posted April 12, 2010 well i think im going to re tune my amps and use two Bass knobs until i find a 2-3k watt amp at 1 ohm if i can. loolz how can i see if the signal is good on the RCA;s? Unplug them and play a 50hz tone on repeat. Put a DMM set to AC Volts, like 2v or 5v scale or something around there. Put one probe on the shell of the RCA and the other on the middle pin. You should see 1-4v depending on your headunit and both RCAs should have the same reading. Quote 10.x volts fo' life! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ALPINE408 Posted April 12, 2010 Report Share Posted April 12, 2010 set you amps ditch the kicker knob buy a 25 dollar rca knob spilt your rca's from there.... end thread/ in the mean time set you amps and still ditch your kicker knob. you wont have much controll on the bass. but there wont be any porblems with the subs Quote Have you ever had your woofers blown?
