for anyone who made a box before, what is the easiest way to put it together where you can seal almost every joint on the inside? i.e back, front top, 2 sides, port on the inside, etc etc....anyone ever get every single joint sealed? lol

thanks in advance

The best way is to do it like a sandwich.

Here's some pics to clear up any confusion.

well if your using a table saw and can make perfectly strait cuts and you apply the glue properly that should be all you need to completely seal the enclousue how ever i usually use caulking on the inside just to make sure. i will asemble the whole box leaveing the baffle off then seal up all the joints with caulkin. then put the baffle on. you can then either apply the caulking to your finger and reach in side and smear it into the joints or seal it from the outside.
