manofthehour Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 Ok so I have a couple PC fans I am wiring up to my car to keep the amp cooler. They are just DC 12V 0.10A powered. I was going to hook them up to a cig lighter so it turns off and on with the car. The question I have is do I need another fuse or will the fuse that is used by the cig lighter cover it? bcpballer64 Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 the remote turn on might nvm bought puttin it in with the 12v that would make them run all of the time. but ya try the remote part. put the positiv of the fan in with the remote and the negative of the fan in with the ground.
