I have had 2 systems in this car with the same set up and I have been running the 10s in here for almost 2 weeks then it just started doing this last night when I doing some testing. EclipseChris Posted April 19, 2010 Report Share Posted April 19, 2010 One time i had my amps go into protect mode because the speaker wires got tugged and grounded to the body (not my sub wires) so my advice is take the speaker wires out from the amp (after you label them if it helps) and see if it still goes into protect, if it does not it is the speaker wires. steven Posted April 19, 2010 Author Report Share Posted April 19, 2010 Found the problem the ground wire on the head unit had been was yanked kinda loose exposing the wiring and coming into contact with the remote wire during driving thanks for all the help though guys...
