I need some help with amp going into protect...

Where is your ground at.

The rear strut... I have had 2 systems in this car with the same set up and I have been running the 10s in here for almost 2 weeks then it just started doing this last night when I doing some testing. Then continued to do it today.

try replacing your rca cables i had samething happen and that was my problem or could be bad sub maybe

I just switched my amps and put in my other 3500s im going to up load a vid right now

One time i had my amps go into protect mode because the speaker wires got tugged and grounded to the body (not my sub wires) so my advice is take the speaker wires out from the amp (after you label them if it helps) and see if it still goes into protect, if it does not it is the speaker wires.

Found the problem the ground wire on the head unit had been was yanked kinda loose exposing the wiring and coming into contact with the remote wire during driving thanks for all the help though guys...
