abervintageman42
Yeah I was just typing it in as one huge equation, I'm gonna feel retarded for asking this but is net volume the volume before displacement?

Maxim
Are you sure you were putting in the volume in cubic inches and not cubic feet? Quote wtf is lolcats? I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers. I was hoping for 150 . I was hoping she would let me put it in her butt
abervintageman42
I was doing it in cubic feet aww fuck lol
Maxim
LOL! I figured that'd be it. If you have a TI-83/84 calculator and want a super-quick program to do it for you, make a new program called BOX and type this in: :Input "PORT AREA (IN2)=",A :Input "PORT LEN. (IN)=",B :Input "NET VOL. (FT3)="C :(C*1728)->C :(1.84*10^->D :(C+.823√(A))->E :√((AD)/(BE))->F :Disp "TUNING (HZ)=",.159F It'll have you input the area, length, and net volume and spit out the tuning frequency. Also, it has you put in the volume in cubic feet rather than cubic inches, saving you the time of converting it yourself. OMG someone needs to fix the smileys. "8 )" always shows up as and "8 0" shows up as 80. So irritating... Edited April 22, 2010 by Maxim Quote wtf is lolcats? I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. abervintageman42
So I did all these calculation, the first formula seemed more accurate but it said 367. Something. Would that mean its tuned to 36.7 or did I fuck up again?
Neo_frog
You are either doing the operations in the wrong order or using incorrect units (of measure). http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/73772-box-tunning-math/ Quote Need an install? abervintageman42
I'm using all inches for my units of measure and I'm just typing it all in my ti 89 and I've also tried just separating everything and I'm still lost as hell
