aero port install question

well i have been working on my new box now for about a month, yes i know a long time but have to fit box building around work. anyway i got the box in the trunk, i ported my rear deck using 4" aero ports needless to say the box is in there. my question is this, while i was fighting the rain last night piecing the ports together i didn't notice that one of the flares slipped out of the coupler a little. now it didn't come all the way out just kinda slipped a little on one side so it's a little off, just wondering if this is going to effect sound performance any. any help would be appreciated thanks.

if it is leaving a gap in between the port tube and flare i would try to fill it with resin to help airflow.

sealed up on the termlab mic on dash 4-sa12"s 2-3500d's 153.4db now testing a american bass 1100.1 no numbers yet 300amp iraggi alt and kinetik batts.

no it didn't come completely out of the connector ring, just slipped a bit makes the bottom flare look a little crooked.

oh ok i thought you were talking about inside of the tube the flare was not flush against the tube because of the ring. if there is no gap on the inside you should be fine :)

there is a gap between the tube and the flare inside the connector ring on one side. but the tube is still in the ring, so no i guess it's not flush all the way around on the inside of the ring. so should i be concerned?
