The T1500-1 does not come with a bass knob- none of the newer RF amps do. I think the new RF amps are better than the older power elite's -my T1500-1 sounds almost as loud as my T20001.

The reason its cheaper is because its not a well known brand like rockford or alpine. If you take a look at the crescendo audio 3kpw it puts out 3300 watts rms and it only costs 550 bucks, the amp is literally the same as the sundown 3000 and that amp retails for 1500 bucks. The only difference is the heat sink. It has been take apart and proven. My point is that you don't have to pay a fortune to get good equipment. Ill post a link up to show a comparison.

ok cool and that amp would fit perfectly where i need it to go.. but yeah i gotcha with the whole paying for the brand name thing. look at jl haha!

i personally have a mrp m2000 and the birth sheet says 2267 and i believe it does a little more than that. it dosent pull a whole lot of current and is very efficient. but the amp dosent have a input for a bass knob. thats the only real downside to the thing

it's too bad that alpines amps don't have bass knobs. Atleast you could get a 3Sixty or maxx-link

cant u just buy a universal knob that goes inline with the rca's for like 15 bucks? or r those bad for some reason or another
