There are 1728 cubic inches in a cubic foot, (12"x12"x12"=1728) Best way to measure, there are 2 lengths that are not changable; height and width. Using reverse math, you can plug in your required box volume and these numbers, would give you the length necessary for the box. It is either going to work or not. Keep in mind, most subs have a minumum volume recommendation.

Alex K Posted April 29, 2010 Report Posted April 29, 2010 All I can say is make sure you check and double check your measurements with your trunk and box. I spent forever building a box for a Fi 15, then came to realize no matter what I tried I couldn't fit it in my trunk. And I have a shit load of trunk space, just not a lot of "slide the sub through the trunk opening" space if you know what I mean. 2006 Nissan Z Track.
