Ok heres what I came up with.

Care to explain why my rise is only .5ohm when my box is SUPER small for what it is.

Also, maybe you should jump on FLSPL and let Mike Hadden know that hes wrong, i was there at SBN when we shrunk the internal box volume down to get the imp rise down, iirc hes won multiple bass boxing events at SBN in the past years.. And your imp rise will be the highest at the cars peak frequency

Well theres so many variables but from all my testing Ive made small I had a higher imp rise, and vise versa for a bigger enclosure. But you dont need to bring someone has titles into this because every vehicle is different with imp rise, just gong off my vehicle, and equipment. And another fact for fun, subs with larger motors and higher BL will have higher imp rise compared to a sub with a smaller motor.

Should I wire my subs down to 1 ohm or down to .25? I am pretty good with most of the basics but I am still learning everyday. Since my setup is seeing around 6 ohms now, which is 4 ohms higher than they are wired. Does this mean that if I go down to .25 they will actually see like 4.25?

It just seems that many others have found that smaller boxes produce less rise, but then again, there isnt a written law on imp rise.

Cadence ZRS can´t handle 0.25 ohms, i think they get into protect mode as soon as you try to turn it on....

I know my C9's went into like instant protect when I tried to bridge them at 2ohm, lowest Ive ran my C5 was at .5ohm

Funny thing it´s that i tried to get my C6 into 0.5 ohms and it protected :S , i tried 0.66 ohms and worked fine; I guess, 0.25 ohms should be a NO NO for this amp...

So gay. 1 ohm it is Do you guys think if I flip the subs over that will bring the rise down any?

You mean inverting the subs so you can change internal space? if that´s the case, well, it´s very easy to do it and you are not expending money on it, i doubt you´ll see big difference but who knows? trial and error my friend...

My subs are already inverted, with the motors showing.
