I sent a payment on May 24th for a set of 6.5" components. Family situations had happened and I was understanding. It is now June 16th and I have yet to receive confirmation on shipping. I know that I am new here but I expect to get what I paid for. I had to file a claim with paypal. We'll see where it goes from here.

I was in florida due to my father in law passing away.

while i was gone a buddy of mine shipped them to you U.S postal mail.

how ever i will say he is a retard and didn't get a tracking number!

but on the other hand. i told you around June the 2nd I would be having a friend of mine mail them to you that day! you then proceeded to file a paypal claim. the next day. and then immediatley escalated it to a claim without hearing from me.

i was on my shit black berry while i was in Florida. and its 3 years old been through hell! and i really couldn't respond!

but i was there so long helping my mother in law move back to Tennessee since her husband was dead and she cant live alone being handicapped that's why i was there so long!

but btw paypal has already refunded you money, my account is -$257.01

So yea you have a refund and some nice speakers. I should have known not to sell to someone with 3 posts.

Cool. Please let me know when they go out. I'm on vaca next week, would like to get them put in.

Since you're a Memphis dealer, I have a question. I bought a memphis MC1.1100 amp to drive my 2 Memphis 15-MCP10D4's. Hooked up in a 4 ohm configuration. My local dealer says that the 1100 is too much amp for these subs. However, the 1100 is rated at 275wx1 @4 ohms and the rms on the subs is 300w 600w peak. I think that I'm fine or is my thinking completely wrong? Please advise if you would.

wire them at a 1ohm configuration on that amp.

turn the gain way down ..

if you have a DMM adjust the gain to this chart for about 600 to 800 rms and you will be safe.

A little confused with that chart. Both 275 @ 4 ohms and 1100 @ 1 ohm puts out the same wattage. Not sure what a DMM is.

Also, to wire down to 1 ohm. this amp has two sets of speaker outputs. I have it connected like a normal hook up. Each speaker to a positive and a negative. Would I hook both sets of wires to a positive on one side and a negative on the other? I've been out of car audio for a long time. When I was in before, the lowest anything went was 2 ohms. The manual is not very helpful on 1 ohm wiring.

actually havent gotten home yet... i am having to move out my mother in law and move her to tn with me ... she is handicapped and cant stay by herself... i am so very very sorry... If nothing else I will refund your money as soon as i can just let me know...

Listen, I just want my money back. I thought that you were a stand up guy. I've tried to be patient, but my patience is wearing thin. I've waited a month with no other way of contacting you but through this site. Only maybe to have you pop in once a week. I've already bought these speakers somewhere else. I've filed a claim through paypal already. Now I'm going to upgrade it. This was not the way I thought this would go.
