Dual JL 15w3 Wedge Box

So I made this box a while back, and wasn't too sure if I wanted to post pics or not. Well I'm bored so I guess You get to see the pics. Let me know what you think. At first it was gonna be a ported box, but with the way he wanted it made, with the subs at the angle there was no possible way to do any port.

Well I made the box as is, and sold it to him, he wasn't sure what he wanted to do with covering it. I told him I could do paint or bedliner, but he wanted it to match his interior of his Bronco, so I let him decide, but last i know its still bare wood. Personally I like the bare wood look better then the regular shitty carpet. Carpet looks nice if it matches

Dual JL 10w7 Ported Box

So today I met with a customer that had two JL 10w7 in a ported box that was tuned way to high and was about a cube and a half to big. So We sat down and came up with a box that he wanted me to make. This is what I came up with. For some reason my camera said FML when I was taking pictures of the middle of today's work. IDK what happened cause when i took the pictures they saved, but when i put the SD card in my computer is said "Fuck You" and I lost two pictures. The box will be finished hopefully tomorrow if weather permits.

U must be taking advantage of the local nubes, cause I see a lot of JL. Not bad, but I can tell your limited on tools. I would always recommend buying the proper tools before building boxes for others for $. Whatever profit you make, turn around and buy another tool, pretty soon you'll have a very nice woodworking setup. But still, good work.

It's all gone!

I actually have a good amount of wood working tools, the only thing that I could use is some more clamps, and corner clamps. I am trying to make boxes for just a little cash to save up for my next build. I mean I could use a new circular saw, and I should probably pick up a router, but I have found out that good old hard work pays off, plus Its out in the nice weather, so I cant beat that.

On a side note what tools would you have if you were making boxes???

main stuff is obviously clamps, straight edges, tape measure, table saw, good screw gun, counter sink bit, and a router. That would make a legit box.

See the only thing that I don't have out of that list is a table saw, but I have a decent circular saw, or a router, but if u sand you really don't need a router, HAHA
