sdg0080 Posted June 6, 2010 Report Share Posted June 6, 2010 okay im putting 2 alpine type R's into my 2000 ford mustang. i need to build two seperate boxes to fit into the trunk of this car, anyone whos worked on a mustang knows they dont have crap for a trunk opening. so im splitting them into two totally seperate boxes. they are going to be 1.3cuft net air space tuned to about 32hz. my decision is do i put the subs in the center and ports to the sides or should i put the ports in the center and subs to the sides? im just curious as to what might look/sound better. the ports and the subs will be facing the same direction i just cant decide what should be centered in the trunk.
