Amp combo kit's?

Hey guys, so I know buying package combo’s isn’t always the best way but what do you think about this? It’s WAY cheaper than my planned setup. I was gonna run a 4 channel and and amp up my clarion speakers but apparently I’ve heard that isn’t the best idea, especially since they aren’t anything special. So I was thinking of just adding bass and a forum member suggested this:

What do you guys think? I wont be adding on or upgrading my current car any further than this so I’m not worried about expanding my setup. I already have a clarion head unit and front and rear factory speakers replaced by clarion pieces.

Does anyone know if these are good brands or a good amp/sub itself? I mean it’s got everything needed besides speaker wire. I'm just not sure if the amp is any good.

If I had the money I'd buy it. I have no woofer so I would be on that in a heart beat if I had the money.

hahaha yeah the deal seems good. I think I'll opt for this, it's 200 less than my other planned setup. I don't need much else, especially for this car.

What do you guys think about the amp? I know the sub is good but I havent found to much about the amp. Anyone got info on that. Google sucked giving me results besides a few.
