mr.p Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 seal the port then tell me about lows. btw, it is 27.xx hz. and the reason you had better lows with the 6 15s pos is because your subs have tiny tiny tiny motors and you have very little power, they dont move near tuning (around 30hz) I had 8kw on level 4's remember? and i really should have been using XL's. more excursion = moar louder, i was reaching peak to peak at about 45hz+ but could put full power at 25hz and not have any mechanical issues. thehoe92 Posted September 20, 2010 Author Report Posted September 20, 2010 now that I think about it I kinda had my explanation backwards like you said the subs barely move around tuning and when it hits lows it doesn't move as much as say a 45hz tone would so yeah.. I still love the sound of that 4 15's box when you going to hear it mang? and I don't know about those LED's.. looks better on housings that aren't so tall still need your rims powdercoated? my buddy knows the owner of the PowderCoat-It shop thats local so I can probably get you a good deal Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple
