slugdub
It would be cool if it was like a DJ and it would pick songs or change the BPM to match your stride.
onelivinlarge
yea; i think you're right....me=fail :/ ummm i dont think we're talking about the same thing... its a sensor for your running shoes; that (the way i use it) links to my iphone (also can like to newer ipod nano) that tracks running information...IE distance; calories burned; time; best mile; best 5k time; total distance ran; etc. after your run; you sync the iPod/iPhone to the computer and it uploads all your run data to this site where you can meet other runners; set goals/ join running challenges; and there's a "nike coach" that will help you with a training schedule based on your running history; and your distance/time goals. i bought a pouch to put it in... the pouch is a pain in the a** to move from one pair of shoes to another (i have a training pair and a pair of racing flats) but its as accurate as my buddy who has the nike shoes with the built-in spot for it... i mite have to try that then Quote 1) lookj to left 2) NOTICE BLKUE 3) ME > Y9OU 4) that is all

pthrift
It would be cool if it was like a DJ and it would pick songs or change the BPM to match your stride. ...or use a DJ program to find songs of a certain BPM to force yourself into a stride...its what i do...i usually ramp up in 8-10 minute intervals with like 150-160-170 BPM etc.... finkster
yea at first I misunderstood so my last post sounds a bit whack. I dont have the shoe or the program because I do it on tread mill so most of that is included on the tread mill, although all i need is the distance and time and speed to do my workout correctly. Now what I really need is a good mix to go running to. I have been out of fresh, upbeat music for a minute.
