Warranty at BestBuy (Had it for 6 months) So if it breaks or anything they'll either replace it or give you a Gift Card to get another MP3 Player. I've done it before with other MP3 players. I just need to transfer it to your name and stuff at BestBuy Also if you'd like I'll leave all the apps and leave it Jailbroken - Untethered (Jailbroke it with Spirit Jailbreak) or I can restore it to default & I'm also pretty sure this will be compatible with the new iOS4. iTech Posted June 23, 2010 Author Report Posted June 23, 2010 Okay so I haven't updated this because I really wanted to jailbreak this so it could come pre-loaded with iOS4 Jailbroken. But it seems that this iPod is the "MC" model which is a newer version and more difficult to hack. But they should be releasing a iOS4 jailbreak within a month if you're worried about that. I do believe it's possible to upgrade to stock Apple iOS4 but it won't be jailbroken any more. So, Still up for sale.
