Damn.. even if I pick upp? What about just the ipod, nuthing else.

Sorry. Main reason I have it a little pricy is because it has about 1 yr and a half of warranty left over and is just about new except for the metal back (obviously).

I thought the warranty gets voided if you jailbreak it?

Technically yes. But if the iPod is operational you could just restore it to normal. Say [for example] if the headphone jack isn't working but the iPod is still functioning, You could just do a factory restore and take it to BestBuy and tell them your problem. Or if the ipod is totally un-functional then they wouldn't even see that it's jailbroken. I've done it before with ipods, & mp3 players. They gave me a gift card right on the spot to get a new one.
