DC Sound Lab Sebring Bringing the PAIN.

Recommended Posts

Well my subs are scheduled to be here on my birthday YEAH. And I cant wait, been almost 2 months with out BASS. I am getting 3 - 10" DC Level 3 with dual 1 ohm coils and will be wiring them in series/parallel to run .6667 ohms on my SAZ-1500D. My plan is to debut it at the Texas Show Down USACi event on Sunday...

I plan on finishing the box tonight and getting it in the trunk and getting the subs prewired.

whats with the funky "groves"? couldn't get a jig saw to open hole a little?

The grooves are there cause I cut the sub holes to spec but I am removing the gasket so the subs sit a little deeper in the opening and the ribs rub the side of the hole.

Looking tight as hell I'm hopin to pick up a lvl 3 15 in the future myself :). When you did the test fit with just the basket and motor what are you using and why? I see a lot of people doing it.

I used an old RE Audio sub with out the motor and I did it for two reasons one I didn't have my new subs in, and it's a lot lighter than using a fully built heavy azz sub.
