white4d96 Posted June 18, 2010 Report Posted June 18, 2010 I did the big '2' (didn't do engine to chassis yet, haven't found a good spot yet) and with one batt my alt charged at 14.5. I installed a marine deep cycle batt in the back a few months ago and that number now fluctuates from 13.2 to 13.5. (Both numbers direct from the alt post) Is this normal or should I look into getting a new alt? Too many projects, too little time...
InfiniteRuckus Posted June 18, 2010 Report Posted June 18, 2010 i did something similar when i first started back into this hobby. my voltage was off as well & it shot back up once i added the last ground. not sure how or why it did but i figured i would share my experience with you.
