jagblazer01 Posted June 20, 2010 Report Posted June 20, 2010 I heard from some box builder that there is a formula to find your car's resonant frequency. Is this true? Ive never heard of a formula for finding RF but all you really need to do is run a freq. sweep in your car and where it peaks at is where you should put your tuning around Quote Team Sundown Audio / Team XS Power / Team SHOK SMD Super Buyer/Sellerwww.sundownaudio.com www.shokindustries.com www.4xspower.com www.excessiveamperage.com

Lol, probably not.(or maybe there is?) I said to tune higher because his RF is probably higher then 40hz. Quote Thinking is the root of all problems... You ALWAYS get what you pay for.
ElmosWorld Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 My 08 jeep grand rf is high cause I tuned my box to 43hz and she was hitting twice as hard at 48hz. So I say she's in the50's.
