They may be a little flimsy but when you cut them down they wont bend as easy as a big sheet. HOWEVER, since you are asking about an 18" sub i dont suggest you use plexi on the box unless its a small section. it flex the hell out of it, unless you want to get thicker lexan than its all good. but thicker = $$$ Your sub wiring is determined based upon our amplifier bro. let us know what kind of amp you have and how much power you so desire from it Quote
