Cause you will need room for batts and amps, Plus make sure you can get the box in the trunk after being built... My box was built in 2 pieces to get it to fit ... fir3lord Posted June 26, 2010 Author Report Share Posted June 26, 2010 That's almost 11 cubic feet internal volume. I figured about 2.5 - 3.0 per sub ported. Yes, the box will slide right in. This isn't my first build, I have been into car audio for about 22 years and have designed and built many systems, just never one with subs facing upward in a trunk. I'd roll with the sealed off backseat/trunk idea and use what you want or can fit.
