ive been wanting to get one but i have a few questions first i torrent alot of dvds and such and the hdd on my laptop isnt that big so it gets filled up fast i wana get an external but idk how they work or if u can set them differntly if i download something on my laptop then send it to the external then delete it from the internal hdd when i go to play it from the external will it be able to rip right off that or will it need to copy back on first?

I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz. Moving the pictures on the walls and my girl got wet from the bass when i showed her haha. Tonight should be good haha.

Your computer treats it like a big flash drive.

You will be able to download directly to the drive if you'd like. And you can play back media directly from the external drive.

You may be offended by the above. Don't take it personally, I'm just abrasive.

if you just cut and paste you wont have to delete it from the internal HD

If you save directly to the external hard drive, you'll never have to cut and paste from the internal hard drive.
