Namosh
Mine reads about 4 to 8 dbs high. I'm sure it also depends on where it is mounted. Mine is right under the deck in the center of the dash. Quote My Ram Quad Cab Blow-through
alvitae
I've had the 160 for some time now. With the same system in the same car I have hit as low as 142 and as high as 162. What I have found is it is temparature sensitive. When temp is moderate i score the same as my local shops meter. Cold i do less and when the car is hot as hell in the summer I max it out. Edit: I have mine wired to a cig lighter plug so I can pull it toss it in another car whenever. Edited July 13, 2010 by alvitae

speedball1978
well i don't use the epic 160 until night time, and the epic 160 stays locked up in my house til i go riding, so therefore it stays ambient temp , so another words i'm actually doing 148, 149? no way, my shit is too loud, but doesn't have much flex lol

PUNKYOU007
Ever think that the temp is more affecting your amps and batts. Quote Doethepaperboy "Bars of Pain" Doethepaperboy "Hero Remix" C. corteznewbie
reason i'm asking is i'm thinking about getting one of my own so i have a genral idea what i'm hitting. i'm also putting a bigger alt and new pwer wire in 2 morrow. so if i test it again with the inside temp cooler it should read higher Quote Team DBs (Driven By sound)
