Can you help me determine if this is suspension failure?

I have a hunch that it is suspension failure, but I'm not completely sure. I'm not sure if you will be able to tell the difference, between the second and third subwoofer. The third subwoofer's excursion is way more than the second one. Would this be my fault for "abusing" it too much or is this a manufacture error?

lmao thats funny all 3 are different lengths, how long have you had the subs? and what do you have it wired down to?

Yeah, the first one on the left is brand "spanking" new, the middle and the right ones are about five months old. I have them wired at 3-ohms.

3 ohms?? first all you need to break the new sub in first.... how the hell are you getting 3 ohms??? can you draw up a picture of how you have it wired up and what ohm are the subs?

Port location and how they load will affect how they move in relation to each other.

seriously i have never seen such a setup so out of phase like that its almost like each sub is drumming one after the other 1...2....3 then back to 1... lmao thats a hilarious video tho

You have no idea how dumbfounded and stumped I am. The third one will have the same excursion as the middle one and then like magic, there's even more excursion. By the way, I know that I need to break in the new subwoofer before I start giving it a lot of power, I was just doing this as a test.

ok here's something to think about try putting the new sub in the middle of that pack, and see what she does then, and wire them in series parallel to get a 1.3 ohm load instead of 3 ohm load more power...

but if you're goin to leave the set up that way then just move the new sub to the middle but if you want to leave the new one at the end then rewire it
