CanUFeelMe Posted July 16, 2010 Report Posted July 16, 2010 On my box I built for my two 10" sundown subs, I put the subs facing the rear of the car and the port shooting through the center of the seat through te fold down section. What I'm wondering is, would it make a difference with the same box specs, but with the speakers and the port box facing the same way. Not sure if it would improve anything, but I haven't seen to many boxes built the way I did it. 1999 Chevy S102 Sundown Zv3-10's1 Sundown saz-4500d2 sets of Sundown CS6.5 Comps. There is a couple inches between the back of the seat and the port side of the box... The next box I build I am going to make the port shoot through the opening in the seat. If you put it off firing left, it's gonna sound hella lot different than if it was firint toward the trunk. If you're going to shoot it through the center, id seal that trunk up. CanUFeelMe Posted August 9, 2010 Author Report Posted August 9, 2010 Ran some testing today on the TL... Setup still the same, subs facing back of trunk and port firing through middle of rear seat... The 2 Sundown sa-10's pushed by a Sundown 1500D did a 139.7 sealed up with the trunk open!!!
