Thanks. These are just a mock-up pretty much. It's just to see how they'll look and sound. The next set I will be spending my time on the quality of it but it's tough to do it right now cuz I don't own my own router or a circle jig at all, jigsaw ftl.

Yes they are, I do installs and build boxes, and the money I make from that goes to getting new tools. Tools on the list to get are router with circle jig, a table saw, an oscilloscope, and a termlab. Along with all of that I am going to be building my own panel saw.

Started some fiberglassing today, got sidetracked though. I might get it done tomorrow though.

Got my door panels almost done. They just need paint for now. The next ones I'll make will be done right. These were just to see how they'd look and sound.

Did a little more work.

All of the wiring and extras that came with the four boxes of AIR63s

A pile of crossovers, mids, and tweeters

Removed heater vents on both sides, now just left with center and rear feet vents, you'll soon see why...

Gutted the dash...

Took out my gauges for the hell of it.

Midrange and tweeter spots. Had to zip tie the tweeter in, but whatever.

the little cup thing wouldn't fit through, so I took it off, put the speaker in and reinstalled it.

Remember when I said I removed the heater vents? this is why... I'll be fiberglassing this in.

Here's what my dash and pillar setup will be like.

Not sure where I'm going to put the last pair of midrange and tweeters though... Maybe I'll glass my c-pillars or glass some kick panels for them... what the hell am I going to do when I get my other two pairs of AIR63s

Tomorrow I plan on removing all of my seats and doing 8 runs of 12 gauge from the amp to the dash and running my new RCAs. I'll be putting all of the crossovers inside the dash. I like how they look, but I'm just not that into showing off my crossovers.

Thanks, I figured keeping it simple would be the most rewarding, especially since I'm still kind of a n00b at glassing, lol.

Thanks, it took me a couple months to work up the courage to do it well worth it though. Maybe you could just pick up a pair from the junk yard or craigslist? try this website, it's pretty neat for finding car parts in junk yards across the country. Just remember that fiberglassing requires practice. This is my 5th time glassing and I still suck at it, but practice makes perfect.

Stripped out the interior of my car today, and ran some wires. Still need to run some more wires, but I need to do all of the other wiring first to see if I have enough left over. Anyway, here are some pics.

Here are the speaker wires I ran. 6 runs so far, there will be 8, one for every crossover.

Here's like half the parts I took out.

Anyway, I just have to rewire all of my window motors, and I'm re-running my power wire, then I'll be putting everything back in. Then on to wiring up all of the doors and speakers.
