teamSPB
The SPB logo was cut out of plastic then glued to the wood (as the AA logo was a few pics up)... The whole lot was smoothed as much as I could smooth it then the whole lot was flocked... Flocking is just another method to cover a build/dash/furniture/etc etc basically anything! Its made up of millions of fibres that are around 1mm long... The PROPER method of applying is to electrostatically charge the particles onto the product...this way, they always stand on end rather than lay flat...when they go on flat (when being applied by hand or a duster), it looks really poor! By charging the flock onto the products...you get a consistantly neat finish and shouldnt get any problems with fibres all settling different ways Google 'flocking' and what im saying might make a little more sense lol teamSPB
teamSPB
Now time for a test fit! Lovin the logo Time for some trimming...cheers Am for sorting this bit out! Kick panels were flocked in grey...If i get round to doing a custom dash, the dash will also go grey flock And heres one of the console complete teamSPB
