memphisbasshead
http://cgi.ebay.com/PLANET-AUDIO-TQ1601D-1600-W-CLASS-D-MONO-AMP-AMPLIFIER-/380228884088?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Car_Amplifiers&hash=item5887685678 I saw this amp and it looked like a hell of a deal for the price. I was wondering if it was any good or if its just a POS. I did notice in one of the pics in the ebay description that it had 4 35 amp fuses and it is a class d amp so thats %70 percent efficiency. so 35x4=140 amps 140x14.4=2016 watts 2016x0.70=1411.2 watts and they rate the amp to put out 1200 watts rms @ 1 ohm but it looks like it would put out just a little bit more than that if so then this is a kick ass amp for the price. but you have to consider that when you turn your subs up you get some voltage drop(on most cars) so lets estimate around 13 volts so thats 13x140=1820 watts 1820x0.7=1274 watts rms.
