Hey guys, here´s a vid i taped a few days ago on the 18´s box build for my suzuki swift ( you can see my build log here 18´s ) , this helps you to reduce port noise and also, to pound much better to the ear and on the sensor hehe.

Things that you need:

- Heat gun

- PVC tube of course

- Metallic bowl (plastic melts)

- Cool water.

Steps:

In this case, using PVC 6" tubes, the process is very simple:

1) Heat up the tube 3 inches from the PVC so it takes the bowl shape, in this step you don´t apply any pressure

2) Once the tube it´s warm you heat it up at 1 inch from the tube

3) Apply pressure on the tube

4) Cool it with water

Tell me what you think, i really think they turned out very nice :peepwall:

Dude thats top secret info! Supposed to keep it a secret and charge people for it.. lol

Nice and simple. I used to use a blow torch, and had my own lathe that I would spin the PVC on, but never got it perfect

I assume on SMD you use a Spanish to English converter? vid was 100% Spanish

But it was good though

I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

hahaha yeah well, i don´t keep secrets from preople hehe, i try to share whatever i can and know :peepwall:

Yes it´s nice and simple, very easy to build and cool also, no i don´t use a converter, i write english very well but speak it like shit haha, i taped this video for my friends on Venezuela and Panama, you can see some vids on my channel where i speak english with a "sexy accent" according to tweistedchild hahaha.

Sorry for the spanish language on the vid, but taping a video on 2 different languages it´s kind of boring, that´s why i explained here how to build them and they just have to watch on youtube the progress ehehe, glad you like it bro!! :yahoo:
