RyanJ
Hola there fellas! I was just wondering, I am probably going to get Two Fi SSD 15's running on 1 AQ2200. See, I only have the certain amount of money for the sub, amp, and headunit, so I was wondering, how long can I slap until I will need to purchase an alternator or a backup battery. Please reply whenever. And can you guys give me some sites / names on good batteries or alternators? Here's the car I'm probably going to get. Car: 03-05 Honda Accord System: Two 15 Fi SSD's Amp: AQ2200 Headunit: Pioneer DEH-3200UB (Probably but not sure) Alternator: Not sure Battery: Not sure if its needed. TeamHT
you are definitely going to need something to stabilize your electrical. i highly doubt the stock electrical system will suffice for the amount of power youre wanting to draw. if i were you i would definitely look to mechman for an alternator and upgrade your big 3. i think a 270 amp alternator and a small battery would be awesome, but then again myself and many others on this site have HUGE hardons for electrical setups. Haha let me ask you a question, do you have 3 different accords? an 03, 04, and an 05? also, cant sound too smart if on the site it says to call if the year is not shown on the site. so im assuming that means call mechman if it didnt show your year.
