Please help me

So I've been having this memory usage issue with my computer. As soon as it starts, the memory usage starts to climb rapidly until its at about 3.90GB of usage out of the 4GB of memory I have. I have looked up all the svchost.exe things on google, and tried them all, none of them seem to help anymore. svchost is still the main memory usage, but even when I end that process, my memory does not go back down. When I go to my Task Manager then processes showing all users, there are three svchost processes at the top of the list. When I right click and click "Go To Services" on the topmost one, here are the services running under it:

"AudioEndpointBuilder

hideserv

HomeGroupListener

Netman

PcaSvc

SysMain

UxSms

wudfsvc"

That's quite a large list, but I dont really know what any of those things do.

Again, Even when ending this process, my memory usage does not go down to regular.

I am wits end with this, I've smoked half a pack of cigarettes trying to figure this out already lol. Please help me out!

could be malware or something equally terri-bad. scan with malwarebytes and see if that finds anything. thats the first thing i would do.

I ran malwarebytes, Avira, and Registry Mechanic a few nights ago, and it's still here. :/

Try "HitMan Pro" and also MSCONFIG your startup software... and try HIJACK THIS...

i'd recommend ncleaner as well
