BassJunkie
My bro wants to copy all his shit, including his OS to a new hard drive, and throw away the old hdd. Is there any easy way to do this so it will work just like the old hard drive? Any programs? bibby>Chode
Maybe. I would just install a fresh OS on the new HDD, then copy whatever he wants from the old drive to the new one. why is he throwing it away? I would keep it as a slave, or ship it to me... BassJunkie
Well he's not throwing it away, but, he doesn't want it in there. With 2 hard drives the computer sometimes wont boot up, he's got too much strain on the PSU. I don't have an OS disk thats legit, so I really don't want to have to install windows. Cdizzle
I think Norton Ghost does this but i am not completely positive. It sure as hell does exactly that. It also does much more then "clone" your hdd. Great program... Quote Damn Thiefs
