Hertz_dont_it Posted September 5, 2010 Report Posted September 5, 2010 i got a 12" alpine type R, dual 2ohm and i think its 500rms and 1500w max anyways i got it for free from my friend who happens to work out at the dump and he found it and it has a small hole in the cone but have tested it and sounds pretty good. i got an offer to trade just my alpine type R for a mtx 8000 sub that is single 4ohm and 400w rms and 1000w max and a memphis m250 im pretty sure its 2 channel and 25 bucks should i do it? (considering i got the alpine for free either way i get off pretty good but im just wondering.) cause im one of those guys who gets on craigslist and buys subs n shit for hella shit like when soldiers are deploying i get em or if someones movin they are cheap then i sell em for more n make my money there(im only 15) so i aint got a job yet cause of school Current system:Front stage: Alpine type s 6.5No rear:Alpine type s 6.5headunit: alpineAmp: Jbl bp600.1 Sub: Alpine type x 12 dont know much about them. Found a "FLUX" Capacitor on ebay. If I add this to my system, can I really travel into the future? And how far into the future? That probably all depends on how I ground it though, right?Dude dont even waste your money on capacitors get a second car battery preferably a kinetik or stinger or any other car audio battery use the battery that is correct for your systems true rms wattage do some research on the net for this. Go to kinetiks website they explain how to pick a battery from thier site that fits your system.
