Hi would any of you reccomend to me this amplifier? The link is below. Thank you very much. I would be putting a dual 4 ohm subwoofer to it, im not buying the subwoofer just yet but later on.

30 amps worth of fusing, the RMS ratings are really "peak". so itll output probably 150rms each channel at 2 ohms or whatever it can handle.

edit: oh and a single dual 4 ohm subwoofer on a 2 channel will not work unless you wire it to 8 ohms and get no power from the amplifier. get a monoblock amplifier that is preferably not lanzar, power acoustik, sound storm, boss, dual, VR3, hitron, nitro, performance teknique, SPL, sony, or visonik. you should find a good one then.

I hate these companies which make their amplifiers seem like such a good bargain then catch us out, ill go for a hifonics txi-4008 and power my AA assasain 10" when i get it. The sub is 250 rms but should take 400 rms bridged from the hifonics at a low gain. But the thing is that hifonics also has a 30 amp fuse? Maybe it is just more efficient.

like i said previously, stop looking for 2 channels and look for a Monoblock amplifier. aka 1 channel.

Okay, does it matter whether it is a class d or class a/b amp? Ive read that class d is only required for higher rms ratings but im not sure if thats right. Im looking towards the BXi-608 monoblock. Its a class a/b though.

ive seen that most lower power monoblocks are A/B class. just choose an amp that will power the woofer (mind you look at the ohm ratings so you know how much power the subwoofer you plan on running will get)

Its alot of differant variables, but Class D amps are more efficient, and manage power consumption better, and they help manage input signal distortion ..

If it is that more efficient i will go for the bxi 1210d but if its not that much of a great deal more efficient, im not too bothered.
