Hotdog
Ok .. so if I got u good the RF is too strong on 2 p2 ? how about saz.. it wouldnt blow up my speakers to fast ? and how about the box ? i should keep it or make another one ? Both Rockford 1500 and Sundown 1500 amps in my opinion are to strong for the P2 series subs. The P2 series are only rated at 250rms each. ingramcaraudio
You would be ok if you tuned your amp to where it wouldn,t blow your woofers but either would blow them wide open if your smart and doing it you should be ok with alot of room to upgrade your woofers in the future if you choose to. And you could build a box or get one built to spec for your subs and that would help alot. oprawrich2
the t1500 pushes 1000 rms on 4ohms sundown 400 rms at 4 ohm. but knowing sundown its under rated. the t1500 will give you more power at 4 ohms but a little too much if you dont know what your doing. because you'll prolly blow em if you dont set your gains and such right
OrzechNJ
ok so i think i gonna buy the RF 1500 and i will try to dont put too much power on them and tune the amp correctly.. how about wires ? I already have the yellow top optima battery.. sometimes Loud is NOT pretty Sounds like its safe to go ahead and bend that ass over.
Hotdog
I would go with a Rockford P500-1bd or a T5001bd @ 1ohm And on Sundown a Saz-1000 if you can find one and wire to 4ohm. the rest of the Sundown amps would be to strong for the P2's (NEW) 2004 F-150 Build Log -->http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/192208-hotdogs-f-150-build-log/ 2003 Mercury Mountaineer Build Log --> http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/114380-hotdogs-2003-mountaineer-build-log-20-removed/page__gopid__1602379#entry1602379 2008 Equinox Build Log --> http://www.stevemead...g/#entry1475764
