ok so ima run 0g wire through my car but my sub amp in the future will only handle 4g and my mids amp will only handle 8g would it b easier to get another battery in the back and connect it to the 0g and then run seperate 4 and 8g wire from the second battery to my amps?

you could get reducers that clamp to the wire using a set screw. Darvex sells them. I have seen them at sonicelectronix as well.

That would be easy but I wouldn't add a battery just to use it as a distribution block. Find a distribution block (or make one) and use that.

spl dust is an option you can get on the coils... it's great for extra 1000 watts of power

where can i get this spl dust and how much is it. is it hard to apply? lol

i get a small peice of like 1/4" steel or aluminum or somthing drill some wholes into it, put like 3 makeshift terminals on it so i can put the 0g on it and run the 8 and 4g wire off of it right? if ur lost ill draw a pic lol

A buss bar...yeah that will work. Fuse those connections. I would do copper or aluminum, don't think steel is a great conductor. Could be wrong about that.
