HotRodHam Posted September 13, 2010 Report Share Posted September 13, 2010 ok so ima run 0g wire through my car but my sub amp in the future will only handle 4g and my mids amp will only handle 8g would it b easier to get another battery in the back and connect it to the 0g and then run seperate 4 and 8g wire from the second battery to my amps? I have seen them at sonicelectronix as well. That would be easy but I wouldn't add a battery just to use it as a distribution block. Find a distribution block (or make one) and use that. Fuse those connections. I would do copper or aluminum, don't think steel is a great conductor. Could be wrong about that.
